Inspired by green architecture, sustainable principles and colourful and quirky things, Ronice has created an expansive submission that caters to a huge variety of audiences and activities.
Albany Hub Central, Ronice’s final submission for the Albany Business Centre Design Challenge focuses on creating a sustainable, green, inclusive space that can cater for the business, creative and youth community of Albany and it’s surrounds.
Currently studying her Cert IV in IT at South Regional TAFE(along with her Cert III Business online) Ronice has previously taken part in GovHack with her team winning Most Innovative Award WA while she won the Spirit of GovHack for the Great Southern Region and the State. Yes, she is a unicorn wrangler on a pro level!
Ronice believes that living in a regional community doesn’t mean we can’t ‘Think Big’. Since starting her IT studies, she has discovered the endless possibilities within that industry to work, create, collaborate and to build fabulous things.
Bland, expensive, ugly and boring workspaces are the antithesis of what Ronice is going for. By creating an exciting, invigorating space that is filled with talent, community and momentum, Albany can look forward to new industry, greater economic diversity and happier business operators and employees.
