AI Basics: Unlocking the Potential of Chat GPT

Workshop #13 of 14

How to use AI in several ways for your small business

Presented by Zoe Campbell and Business Foundations

In this workshop, we will explore how Chat GPT can add value to your business operations while saving you time. You will learn how to use Chat GPT for three practical tasks: automating responses to frequently asked questions from customers, streamline the creation of social media and blog posts and efficiently sort through customer reviews for useful insights.

Participants will leave the workshop with skills they can immediately apply to enhance their business communications.

This workshop will cover:

  • Intro to Chat GPT and AI: Understand what Chat GPT is and why AI is a game-changer for small businesses.

  • Automate Email Responses: Introduction on how to set up Chat GPT for email automation, so you can answer customer enquiries instantly and never miss a lead.

  • Boost Customer Service: Overview of how ChatGPT can serve as a 24/7 customer service representative, handling common queries and freeing up human staff for more complex issues.

  • Content Creation for Social Media: Tips on how to use Chat GPT to draft engaging posts and responses, making your social media platforms more dynamic and interactive.

  • Monitoring & Tweaking: Discover how to measure the effectiveness of Chat GPT in your operations and how to fine-tune the AI for better performance.

By the end of this workshop participants will understand how to integrate Chat GPT into various aspects of their business and be equipped with tools to improve customer interaction, speed up response times and boost online engagement with the assistance of AI.

Please note by continuing the registration process you acknowledge and agree your information will be shared with the Commonwealth Department of the Treasury and the Commonwealth Department of Industry, Science, and Resources for program evaluation and reporting purposes.

But wait... there's more!
