Business Before Hours – Leadership in the age of AI

  • Albany Business Centre 222 Chester Pass Road Albany, WA, 6330 Australia (map)

Held on the third Thursday of every month

This Month’s Topic

Join Kristen Brown of Valeo Coaching as she explores the evolving landscape of leadership in the age of AI and how to stay ahead of the curve.

In a 10–15-minute presentation, Kristen will share how leaders can balance the speed of artificial intelligence with the essential ‘human-centred’ skills that machines can’t replicate. By focusing on psychological frameworks and emotional intelligence, she’ll demonstrate how to use AI as a tool for amplification rather than a replacement for genuine connection, ensuring your leadership remains impactful in a tech-driven world.

Please RSVP so we can make you a free bacon and egg sandwich. Help yourself to tea and coffee facilities.

  • Held on the third Thursday of each month, this casual event invites small business operators and sole traders to join us for a bacon and egg roll from 7:30am to 8:30am. A 10-15 minute presentation is delivered on the month’s topic. It’s a chance for people to connect and learn about events, business programs and services in a way that respects busy schedules.

This monthly program is aimed at breaking down the barriers between business owners and information about region-specific resources and initiatives that can support their business planning/management and work-life balance. Contact us to request to be a presenter.
